I am going to try something new this week and enter the MAG Challenge. I just got this cart in the mail, and the K is the page chosen for this challenge. So here is a card I designed, to look like a playing card with a rock edge.

Vacation Over!
Well , my vacation time is over. Time to return to work and no sleeping in. However, my vacation was a blast! We visited Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. We saw alligators, snakes, beautiful birds, and lots of fish and sharks. We also took a ride on the Sky Wheel and visited Ripley's Belive It or Not. Of course, we did spend some time on the beach making sand castles and running from the waves. Now I am refreshed and ready to start back scrapbooking and creating some new projects.

Graduation Thank-You Cards
Graduation time is upon us and as many graduating seniors receive their many deserved rewards, it is also equally important that they thank everyone. Today, I am posting some graduation thank you cards that I just put together quickly using the Wrap It Up cart, gypsy, and gold ink pad.

Thanks for Being You
Today a lovely, sweet co-worker last day at work is today. I decided to put together a little going away gift bag filled with some of her favorite things. I decorated a plain Kraft bag and made some cute thank you cards and A2 cards with her initial. I used the elegant edges and gypsy font carts.

This a card I made for my daughter. To keep up with her friends birthdays, I make birthday cards ahead of time that she can pick out of a box and give to them at school. This was my first time using the Paisley cart.
This is a second variation as each time I make a card I attempt to make two from the same cuts.

Welcome!!!!!
Hello and welcome to my blog. I am excited to share my creative ideas with you and learn along the way. I first started crafting my decorating my school books and doing things for my daughter's elementary school classes. But things really took off with the birth of my son in 2009 that has lead to an addiction to Provo Craft products and many other crafty items.
Thanks to my sisters who help enable me, I started with the cricut create which I used to decorate for my baby shower. That led to a Expression for my birthday, then another for Christmas, and a Expression 2 for Mother's Day. ( HSN was another enabler) I did not stop there I then fell in love with the cuttle bug, Yudu and Yudu card shop, and Your Story and Your Story photo. I definitely see an intervention in my future. When I am not using my cricut machines , I do like my Slice for quick projects. On my wish list is an Imagine and Silhouette.
Okay, enough about products, I just love making things by hand because the have more meaning to me and enjoy going to the process of crating something special. So I hope you come back and visit my creative spot so that I can share my projects with you and share my love of crafting.
